State Pastor, Randy Montgomery, has been in ministry with the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana) for the last 22 years. Randy began his journey into ministry by attending Gulf-Coast Bible College in Houston, Texas (Now Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City, OK) and graduating in 1985 with a B.S. in Pastoral and Bible Theology. Randy is also a 2000 graduate of Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA with a M.A in Counseling. He now serves as a faculty member with Warner Southern College and Mid-America Christian University. He has served with the Church of God, Anderson Indiana, for 22 years and is also affiliated with the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), Church Central, Natural Church Development as a coach and consultant (NCD), Certified Coach with Coach Net, Church of God Area Administrators Association and is now a trainer with the S.H.A.P.E. team. Shannon Montgomery, the State Pastor's wife, currently works in our office part time. She assists with the creditaling process for our new ministers in the state. She also keeps track of our over 200 ministers and pastors in the state.
Randy and Shannon have been married for 20 years and have 4 beautiful children.

Marty Sperow is the administrative assistant at the state office. Marty and her husband, David, run a medical NGO providing medical relief in underserved areas and crisis zones in Central America and Asia-Pacific. Marty is a native European and has lived in several countries. He educational background is in foreign languages. She has been living in Kentucky for 20 years and has been attending Eastland Church of God in Lexington for 14 years. Marty volunteers with her church's youth group and participates in a ministry reaching out to women and men in the adult industry. Sometimes she accompanies other organizations' mission teams to Latin America as an interpreter and cultural/security liaison. In her free time, Marty enjoys movies, running, hunting and reading.
