State Pastor, Randy Montgomery, has been in ministry with the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana) for the last 22 years. Randy began his journey into ministry by attending Gulf-Coast Bible College in Houston, Texas (Now Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City, OK) and graduating in 1985 with a B.S. in Pastoral and Bible Theology. Randy is also a 2000 graduate of Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA with a M.A in Counseling. He now serves as a faculty member with Warner Southern College and Mid-America Christian University. He has served with the Church of God, Anderson Indiana, for 22 years and is also affiliated with the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC), Church Central, Natural Church Development as a coach and consultant (NCD), Certified Coach with Coach Net, Church of God Area Administrators Association and is now a trainer with the S.H.A.P.E. team. Shannon Montgomery, the State Pastor's wife, currently works in our office part time, and is the editor of our quarterly publication, "Celebrations", and assists with the creditaling process for our new ministers in the state. She also keeps track of our over 200 ministers and pastors in the state.
Randy and Shannon have been married for 20 years and have 4 beautiful children.

Associate State Pastor, Howard Megill, has been serving in full time ministry since 1990 and received his under graduate degree from Geneva College and his graduate degree from Asbury Theological Seminary, right here in Kentucky. Howard's responsibilites with Kentucky Ministries include Kingdom Builders, Four Seasons Christian Center, the Summer Youth Camp programs, the Kentucky State Youth Convention and the Tri-Level Student Leadership Institute. He is also part of the National Youth Ministry Team, and has served in youth ministry for 15 years. Howard has been married to wife Shirley for 24 years, and they have 3 beautiful daughters.
